Humaya grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our service without our prior written consent.

The Humaya platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Humaya and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
